Congrats!! I will definitely pick up a copy of the mag when it comes out.

Now, how will you document someone you've 'seen reading' Maisonneuve Magazine, specifically your story? That would be fun.

Hi All:

Thanks for the congratulations. I think the part I'm most excited about is working with the fiction editor to make the piece stronger. I always work best with feedback. And I think it appeals to my sense of ego; I want to work towards making the reader happy. (Hope that doesn't sound sappy...or a poem. Happy, sappy.)

Excellent, I'm very happy for you.

I'll check out their site.

You know, thanks to you I subscribed to Taddle Creek (it was in your sidebar) and I finished reading my very first issue a few weeks ago. It was great and I'm happy that I'm a supporter as well.

This magazine looks great as well ... I shall go and investigate. Signed up for their newsletter which will give me a better idea of what they're all about (I guess?).

Again, congrats Julie!

Zita, thanks for your support of Taddle Creek. It has a great rep for publishing burgeoning writers alongside "established" novelists and poets. The first time they published me it was in the same edition as Camilla Gibb. I just about fell off my chair!
